Privacy Policy
Mohamed AI is a personal AI and automation platform developed for private use by its owner. This Privacy Policy explains how Mohamed AI accesses, uses, stores, protects, and handles information when connected to Google services and other authorized systems.
1. Information We Access
Mohamed AI may access basic Google account identity information, including the authenticated account email address, when required to verify the authorized user.
When Google Drive integration is enabled, the application uses the Google Drive drive.file permission. This permission is intended to limit access to files created by the application or files explicitly opened, selected, or authorized for use with the application.
Mohamed AI does not request general Google Drive access as part of the current bridge design.
2. How Information Is Used
Authorized Google user data is used only to provide the functionality requested by the user, including secure exchange of information between authorized Mohamed AI and Hermes components, workflow automation, document processing, and related user-facing features.
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.
3. AI and Machine Learning
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Data may be processed by authorized AI services only when necessary to perform a user-requested function and subject to the security and authorization controls configured by the platform owner.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Mohamed AI does not sell Google user data and does not disclose Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or information resellers.
Information is shared only with services that are technically required to provide a user-requested function, or when required by applicable law.
5. Data Storage and Security
The platform is designed to use least-privilege access, restricted application permissions, encrypted transport, private infrastructure, and access controls.
OAuth credentials and security tokens are not published on this website and are not intentionally exposed to public-facing application interfaces.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain system integrity, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
The platform owner may delete locally stored application data and may revoke Google account access at any time through the Google Account permissions interface.
7. Google API Services
Mohamed AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
8. Personal-Use Platform
Mohamed AI is currently designed as a private personal-use platform and is not offered as a public multi-user service.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Any material changes to the way Google user data is accessed or used will be reflected on this page.
